How to Use

MICROLAX® - the simple alternative. Fast, reliable relief from constipation in 5 to 15 minutes.

Twist the cap off and squeeze a small drop of the gel on to the end of the tube. The lubrication will make the tube easier to insert.
Carefully insert the narrow tip of the tube completely in to the rectum.
Gently squeeze the entire contents of the tube into the rectum.
With the tube still squeezed tightly, carefully remove the tip from the rectum. Tighten your muscles to prevent the solution from running out. Tip: To ensure the stool has softened, please allow the solution to work for at least 5 minutes before trying to have a bowel movement.
You should expect to have a normal, gentle bowel movement within 5 to 15 minutes after use.
